My name is Caroline—a spiritual guide, ancestral counsellor, feminine energy healer, and African medicine woman walking the sacred path of remembrance and restoration.
Born of lineage, called by dreams, and shaped by both shadow and light, my work is rooted in the timeless wisdom of African healing traditions, the mysteries of the womb, and the voice of the land.

What Is Shadow Work?

Hapé/ Snuff/ Bute: Sacred Breath & Grounding Medicine
Hapé/Bute is a sacred Amazonian/African snuff made from finely powdered tobacco (mapacho) or tobacco leafs and medicinal plants. It is administered through the nose using a pipe (kuripe or tepi), connecting deeply to the pineal gland and energy channels. It can also be used manually by use of fingers.
